How do I view the listing of customers?
Please follow the instructions below to view the listing of customers:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Customers” on the left menu.
- You are now viewing a listing of all customers without any search criteria. Please note the listing maybe separated into several pages depending on the number of customers you have.
Please follow the instructions below to add a customer:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Customers” on the left menu.
- Click “Add Customer” just above the customer listing on the main content page.
- Enter the details of the customer as required in the page.
- Click “Submit” to save data in database.
How do I edit the details of a customer?
Please follow the instructions below to edit the details of a customer:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Customers” on the left menu.
- In the customer listing on the main content page, click on the customer name that you want to edit.
- Change the details of the customer as you want.
- Click “Submit” to save data in database.
Please follow the instructions below to delete a customer:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Customers” on the left menu.
- In the customer listing on the main content page, click on the delete button of the customer that you want to delete.
- Click “OK” to confirm with the delete.
