How do I view the listing of items?
Please follow the instructions below to view the listing of items:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Items” on the left menu.
- You are now viewing a listing of all items without any search criteria. Please note the listing maybe situated in several pages depending on the number of items you have.
Please follow the instructions below to add a item:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Items” on the left menu.
- Click “Add Item” just above the item listing on the main content page.
- Enter the details of the item as required in the page.
- Click “Submit” to save data in database.
How do I edit the details of an item?
Please follow the instructions below to edit the details of an item:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Items” on the left menu.
- In the item listing on the main content page, click on the item name that you want to edit.
- Change the details of the item as you want.
- Click “Submit” to save data in database.
Please follow the instructions below to delete an item:
- After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
- Click “Items” on the left menu.
- In the item listing on the main content page, click on the delete button of the item that you want to delete.
- Click “OK” to confirm with the delete.
