Sales Records

Overview



How do I view the listing of sales records?

Please follow the instructions below to view the listing of sales records:

  1. After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
  2. Click “Sales Records” on the left menu.
  3. You are now viewing a listing of all sales records without any search criteria. Please note the listing maybe separated into several pages depending on the number of sales records you have.

How do I add a sales record?

You add a sales record using the Cashier. Please refer to the Cashier section.

How do I edit the details of a sales record?

Please follow the instructions below to edit the details of a sales record:

  1. After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
  2. Click “Sales Records” on the left menu.
  3. In the sales record listing on the main content page, click on the sales record’s ID that you want to edit.
  4. Change “Paid With” and “Sale Comment” of the sales record as you want. Click “Submit” to save data in database.
  5. Change the details of a specific sale item of the sales record as you want. Click “Update” to save data in database.

How do I delete a sales record?

Please follow the instructions below to delete a sales record:

  1. After login to your CorpEngine account, select the organization that you want to work with.
  2. Click “Sales Records” on the left menu.
  3. In the sales record listing on the main content page, click on the “Delete” button of the sales record that you want to delete.
  4. Click “OK” to confirm with the delete.
